Meeting Minutes - February 2, 2010
The Wilderness Road ARC met at the Red Cross building in Danville with 9 members attending. Members present were KI4SXS, K4UKB, KG4UQL, WD4CJN, WQ4Z, KE4LZP, KA4SWT, KJ4NKG and K4FT.
The meeting was called to order at 7:32pm by President John Montgomery WD4CJN.
The minutes from January were read by John K4FT. John KJ4NKG made the motion to accept the minutes as read, Marshall K4UKB 2nd the motion. The motion was approved by the members.
Marshall K4UKB reported the account balance of $1206.17 John K4FT made the motion to accept the treasurer’s report and Chris KG4UQL 2nd the motion. Members approved the motion.

E-bay Sales
- John WD4CJN reported that E-bay recently removed the restriction of the number of items that could be listed for free. He still has a few more items to be listed.
- Chris KG4UQL reported that all is still in order to proceed with tower work when the weather permits.
- John WD4CJN reported the MFJ window antenna feed thru panel is ordered, the price will be $85 plus shipping.
- John K4FT contacted Dan KI4FTW to see if the FD site would be available this year and is awaiting confirmation.
Marshall K4UKB has taken the club generator home for evaluation before it is taken in for repair. - A lot of good discussion on a possible WRARC Hamfest continues. John WD4CJN will attend ham fest’s in the future and talk to vendors to see what it takes to have them participate. Chris KG4UQL will check to see if the fairgrounds would be a viable option. Marshall K4UKB will check with the Cattlemen’s Association about the possibility of providing food.
- John K4FT is ordering VE Manuals at a cost of $10 each, contact John before Feb 15th if you are interested in ordering one.

Incorporation Papers
- George WQ4Z reported that Sharon KE4INO has recently paid the incorporation dues. Sharon will seek reimbursement for the 2010 repeater coordination dues she paid in December ($30) and incorporation papers ($4) after the web site and insurance bills are paid.
- James KE4LZP will check with the Red Cross concerning security for the club radio room.
